By accessing or using Gradie, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Gradie on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

Gradie provides tools that help schools organise academic and operational work. You must use the service lawfully, keep account credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and use the service only for its intended educational and administrative purposes.

Schools are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to provide information to Gradie, for managing their users and permissions, and for communicating with their students, families and staff about their use of the service. Schools must not use Gradie to unlawfully discriminate, harass, or violate another person’s rights.

Each user must use their own authorised account. Do not share passwords, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code, or reverse engineer the platform except where the law permits it. Tell your school or Gradie promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain the rights you have in information you provide. You give Gradie the limited rights needed to host, process and display that information in order to operate, secure and support the service for your school. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and appropriate.

We aim to keep Gradie available and useful, but the service may change, be maintained, or be interrupted from time to time. We may update or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Gradie is provided on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. Schools remain responsible for educational, administrative, safeguarding, financial and professional decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gradie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

A school may end a user’s access at any time. We may suspend or end access where there is a breach of these terms, a security risk, legal requirement, or other reasonable need to protect Gradie or its users.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the agreement between Gradie and the school, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
